My Random Creations

I bought some "Just Scramble" to try as a comparison to the Follow Your Heart Vegan Egg. I think I like the Just Scramble better. I chopped up some tomatoes and green onions and threw them in a pan with sliced mushrooms and veggie stock and sauteed for a few minutes. Then I added spinach and let it wilt for a bit. Lastly, I added the Just Scramble and moved it around for a few minutes until it started looking like scrambled eggs. I added some nutritional yeast and a little salt and garlic powder. I topped it with some chili garlic sauce. It was SO good.
